Pitching Camps
University of Nebraska Omaha Pitching Coach, Michael Bradshaw will be leading a series of 1-day pitching camps at Tal Anderson Field starting in August. Omaha Baseball Pitching Camps provide the opportunity for players to be evaluated, as well as receive 1 on 1 feedback from Coach Bradshaw. Clinic template itinerary (times are approximate):
- 9:00: meet/greet
- 9:05: Pitching talk and Q/A
- 9:30: stretch
- -Dynamic warmup/Arms activation
- -Pre-throw demonstrations: J-Bands, plyos, Core-velocity belt, water balls, etc.
- 9:50: Omaha Throwing/Long Toss Program
- 10:15: Bullpen evaluations begin
- 11:15: 1 on 1 feedback
- 12:00: end of clinic
